Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Initial Consultation

Our introductory 15-minute strategy session, discovery call, and preliminary account audit are completely free. You incur no charges or commitments until a formal project proposal or service agreement is approved.

2. Monthly Retainers & Cancellation Terms

We believe our results should earn your partnership every single month:

• No Long-Term Lock-Ins: Unless specified otherwise in a bespoke long-term campaign agreement, services operate on a flexible 30-day rolling retainer.
• Cancellation Process: You may pause or terminate ongoing retainer services at any time by providing a 14-day written notice before your next renewal date.
• No Hidden Exit Fees: You maintain full ownership and administrative control over your ad accounts, pixel data, and search console assets upon cancellation.

3. Custom Audits & Setup Fees

One-time technical audit fees or custom landing page setup fees cover upfront dedicated specialist time and analytical tools. Consequently, these fees are non-refundable once technical diagnostics or campaign builds have officially commenced.

4. Direct Media & Advertising Spend

All advertising budgets (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) are billed directly by the advertising platforms to the client's corporate credit card. InamX Digital does not mark up media spend or process media refunds on behalf of third-party platforms.
